The Expert Guide to Enjoy Shrimps

Why? 


Simply imagine a bit charred little juicy prawns that have a smoky flavor from the grill… You take one piece, soak it in a garlic sauce, and gently taste this goddess along with sipping cold lemonade. Damn delicious! 


Ok, are you ready? Let’s go!


You’ll need: 

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1 minced shallot

  • 4 minced cloves garlic

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 lemons, halved


Directions: 


  1. Melt butter in a small pan on medium heat. Add shallot, garlic, salt, pepper, and mix everything thoroughly.

  2. Thread shrimp on skewers and sprinkle them with 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. 

  4. Put skewers on the grill and cook the shrimps 3-5 minutes in general, turning them occasionally. They have to become pink and opaque at the end. 

  5. During the last 2 minutes sprinkle them with lemon juice. 

  6. Serve immediately. Remember, it’s a must to sip the wine while eating them! We won’t recommend some kind of hooey.
